1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ben 10 Trump Card Game hosted at cards.cosmics.software ("the Service"), operated by Cosmics Software ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

This application is a fan-made project developed by Cosmics Software. All original Ben 10 characters, images, and lore belong strictly to Cartoon Network and WarnerMedia. We make no claim of ownership over these assets. The Service is provided entirely for free, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. User Conduct

By joining multiplayer rooms and interacting via our in-game chat features, you agree to:

• Use respectfully chosen usernames and "Callsigns".
• Not use the chat system to harass, abuse, or distribute malicious content to other players.
• Refrain from attempting to hack, exploit, or DDOS the matchmaking service.

We reserve the right to temporarily ban IPs that engage in malicious traffic.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cosmics Software provides the Service "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the application.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the game lobby ticker.
