1. Information We Collect

Cosmics Software built the Ben 10 Trump Card Game with privacy in mind. Because this game operates without user authentication, we do not collect personal identifiers such as names, emails, or phone numbers. The data we do process includes:

• Display Names: The "Callsigns" you enter when creating or joining a room are stored temporarily in server memory to recognize you in-game.
• Game Activity: We store minimal post-game statistics (wins, tricks won, cards collected) to populate the global Leaderboard. This data remains tied only to the chosen username.
• IP Addresses & Routing: Basic connection data handled by Socket.IO to route multiplayer game traffic correctly. This is fleeting and never stored permanently.

2. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. The application relies entirely on temporary WebSocket connections (`Socket.IO`). Your game session exists only as long as you keep the browser tab open.

3. Third-Party Services

Our application uses third-party avatar generators (such as DiceBear and RoboHash). Based on the avatar you select, these external services may log the request to deliver the avatar image to you.
